    You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your clients before storing or processing their information through the platform.

    You may not:

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeroAI Pty Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

    • Your use of MassageOS

    • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
    • Any content or communications sent through your account

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MassageOS at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the platform unlawfully.

    You may stop using the Services at any time.

    Any provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
